When does your Kickstarter pre-order start?
Our Kickstarter campaign launches in mid-October 2026. Enter your email to save your spot. You’ll then have the option to make a $5 priority reservation deposit to lock in an exclusive discount of up to $70 OFF. As launch day approaches, we’ll send email reminders with a direct link so you can easily place your pre-order when we go live.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to North America (US & Canada). However, we're preparing to expand in the future! Enter your email to stay updated on when shipping becomes available in your region.
When would I receive my ORCA?
Estimated delivery is February–April 2027. Following our mid-October campaign, production and shipping take about 4–6 months. While many Kickstarter campaigns take up to a year to deliver, we already have a head start on manufacturing so you get your ORCA as fast as possible.
What's the warranty period?
ORCA comes with a standard 1-year warranty.
Is the outer fabric durable?
Yes, ORCA features a custom synthetic polyester fabric engineered for durability and sound transparency—using the same fabric standard found across major audio brands. If any dust or lint gets on ORCA, you can easily brush it off using your hand, dry wipes, or a standard lint roller. Please note that ORCA is designed as a premium home speaker—since it is battery-powered, you can certainly move it around your place. However, ORCA is not a small portable or rugged outdoor speaker optimized for travel.
Is there an app for Multi-connect?
As of now, you can connect multiple ORCAs using the Bluetooth button (via Auracast)—no app required. We're currently developing our app. Once it launches, it will seamlessly connect with your existing ORCAs.
